Pergub Socialization No. 1 of 2024 concerning the Manuscript of the Office of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan
Monday (04/03/2024) - Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province conducted a socialization of Governor Regulation Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Regional Government's Office Manuscript.
This socialization meeting was attended by all Bappeda staff of East Kalimantan Province in charge of administrative affairs. The socialization was carried out in the Repetada Bappeda Room of East Kalimantan Province and was opened by Achmad Risa as the Head of the General Subdivision.
The purpose of regulating the official script is to ensure written communication runs smoothly, effectively, orderly and also efficiently.
For information, official manuscripts have a major role as a station communication, guide in carrying out tasks, written evidence, and determining the quality of institutions and security aspects.
Therefore in its implementation, Hastati Paturusi as the first expert archivists emphasizes all administrative staff in the scope of Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan to be more careful and careful in making official manuscripts because there are still some letters that have not been in accordance with the latest regulation of Pergub No. 1 of 2024.
This socialization also aims to create uniformity of official manuscripts as a strategic step in efforts to improve administrative governance as part of bureaucratic reform.
With this meeting, it is hoped that the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda will be able to apply the administrative process in accordance with the provisions listed in the Governor Regulation Number 1 of 2024 concerning Official Manuscripts.
