Follow-up to 2022 East Kalimantan LKPJ Recommendations
Balikpapan, (07/13/2023). Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province through the Head of the Program Planning Subdivision and Staff attended the Follow -up Meeting of the LKPJ Recommendation for the Governor of East Kalimantan in 2022 organized by the Regional Government, Border and Regional Autonomy (PPOD) Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Prov. East Kalimantan in Swissbell-Hotel, Balikpapan.

Activities led by the Secretary of Prov. Kaltim, Mrs. Sri Wahyuni and moderated by the Head of the East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat PPOD Bureau, Mrs. Siti Sugiyanti was attended by all elements of the OPD leadership in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.

The purpose of carrying out the activity is to follow up on the results of the East Kalimantan Provincial DPRD Parliament Report Discussion on the accountability of the Governor of East Kalimantan in 2022 which was submitted at the 16th plenary meeting on May 22, 2023, where there were 121 recommendations East.

In the recommendation there are 19 general recommendations, 30 recommendations for choice affairs, 37 recommendations for compulsory basic services and 35 recommendations for compulsory non -basic services.

Bappeda together with the relevant OPD become the person in charge of 3 recommendations in general affairs and 5 recommendations in government affairs are mandatory for basic services. Broadly speaking, the recommendation has been followed up by Bappeda Prov. Kaltim.

In his direction related to the recommendations that are the responsibility of Bappeda, Secretary of Prov. Kaltim said that the Evdoren application must be a reliable medium in disbursing and recording the performance achievements of the East Kalimantan Province.

In general, of the 121 recommendations there are still 49 repeated/equal to the recommendation in 2021. In addressing this, the Secretary of the Prov. East Kalimantan provides directions so that OPD can adjust the answers to the recommendation by adjusting the conditions of 2022 and must be conveyed with a concrete form and concrete step to the achievement of the implementation of activities that have been carried out in 2022 and display the comparison/match between the achievements of 2021 and 2022. < /P>

Furthermore, all OPDs are expected to be more able to examine issues that develop in the implementation of activities to realize performance so that the same recommendations do not repeat in the following years.

In addition, the delivery of follow -up answers to the recommendations of the LKPJ Governor of East Kalimantan in 2022 from all OPDs is expected to be completed immediately and submitted to the POD Bureau to be compiled with the deadline for delivery on July 28, 2023.
