Borders Must Continue to Be Built

Samarinda, 3/7/12. This was conveyed by Ir.H. Jl. Kusuma Bangsa No. 2 Samarinda, with the Harvard Kennedy School Indonesia Program (HKSIP) during a visit to the East Kalimantan Bappeda in order to conduct research on economic growth and prosperity in Indonesia.

The Harvard Kennedy School Indonesia Program (HKSIP) was attended by two people, namely Malcolm F. MC Pherson and accompanied by Program Consultant Benny Subianto as well as a translator from English to Indonesian when giving questions or responses.

Meanwhile, the East Kalimantan Bappeda was attended by Abdul Sani, SE Head of Apparatus Subdivision, Head of Tourism and Culture Business Development Subdivision, Saur Parsaoran. T, S.Pi., MEMD along with staff from the Economic Sector and attended by related SKPD within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.

The meeting discussed various development programs in East Kalimantan Province, both infrastructure development programs and wider community economic development in the East Kalimantan area, and the meeting was closed at 11.30 by the Head of Regional Development Assessment and Financing, BAPPEDA Kaltim.
