Bandung, 12/27/12. Secretary of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Si led the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda working visit group to 
Bappeda West Java Province regarding online information management through website media which was received directly by the Head of the West Java Bappeda Program Planning Subdivision, Ir. Yuke Mauliani S, M.Si and simultaneously also received guests from the Gorontalo Province Bappeda, which is part of North Sulawesi Province, discussed the development planning system and also received a working visit from the East Java Province Bappeda to discuss the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 in the West Java Provincial Bappeda meeting room, Jl. Ir. Juanda Number 287 Bandung City.
In accordance with the explanation from the Head of the West Java Bappeda Planning and Program Subdivision, Ir. Yuke Mauliani S, M.Si that information management at the West Java Bappeda is in the Agency's Technical Implementation Unit (UPTB) led by echelon III, Head of Pusdalisbang (Development Data and Analysis Center) Ir. Rudi Mahmud Zafrullah, MSP., MT and the Administration sub-section, Henu Rahmawaty, A.Ks.MP as well as the Information and Communication Services Section, Ani Wediani, ST., MUT were also assisted by the Data Collection and Analysis section, Andhy Purwoko, S.Kom ., M.Si and assisted by several functional staff including Mr. Agus who delivered a presentation on information management and products from Pusdalisbang.
The main task of Pusdalisbang is to carry out collection, processing and analysis of development data as well as development information services for the West Java Provincial Government.
The functions of Pusdalisbang are a. Collection of spatial and a-spatial data on West Java development; b. Processing and analyzing spatial and a-spatial data for West Java development; c. West Java development data and information services and d. Management of information systems and information network infrastructure for West Java development data.
The authority of Pusdalisbang is a. Providing advice on West Java development policy planning based on the results of data analysis; b. Carrying out the formulation and implementation of policies in the process of preparing budgets for activities in the field of data and information development in West Java; c. Carrying out the preparation of standards for the management and services of West Java development data and information

The West Java One Data Development SMS Service is a data and information service system for West Java development using SMS (Short Message Service) technology. Users who need certain data/information can send an SMS to a certain number and the system will respond by sending a reply SMS containing data/information in accordance with the user's request.
Constructive handling of West Java SMS is 1. ASPIRATIONS, COMPLAINTS and INFORMATION from the COMMUNITY are not followed up if the full identity of the sender is not included; 2. For URGENT matters, the JABARMEMBANGUN SMS Team makes direct visits to the field; 3. SMS management officers have ALREADY been FORMED in the Regency/City as working partners of the JABAR DEVELOPING SMS Team.
