2014 script socialization
Samarinda, 7/1/14. Pls. Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Si chaired the 2014 service text socialization meeting in the meeting room Pattern 
The Kalimantan Province Bappeda Foundation was attended by all Heads of Divisions, Heads of Subdivisions, Heads of Subdivisions and staff in charge of administration within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province totaling around 40 people.
As a resource person regarding the 2014 official document administration is Syaiful Umar, Head of the Management Department of the Organization Bureau, East Kalimantan Province Secretariat.
In his presentation, the resource person said that the importance of administering official documents in an institution or office is in the context of horizontal and vertical communication processes, so knowledge is needed about procedures for administrative management in each institution.
Based on the regulations of the Governor of East Kalimantan Number 40 of 2010 concerning Provisions for the Administration of Official Documents in the Government Environment of East Kalimantan Province, it has been clearly explained regarding administrative management from staff to signatory from the Regional Head.
The participants who attended gave a very good appreciation of the official script system in order to increase the knowledge of each individual from each field within the scope of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda.
Knowledge of official document management is very much needed by each individual, both as a leader and as a staff member, to make work easier in each office or service.
There was one very interesting thing in the presentation of the material as the resource person gave questions to Flor and those who could answer were given a gift or prize in the form of a brooch with the Korpri logo. In this case, those who received the prize were the Head of the Government and Apparatus Division of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Siti Sugiyanti, SE., M.Si and the Head of the General Sub Division, Ir. Akhmad Huzairin.
