bappeda.kaltimprov.go.id. The Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. Aang Faroek Ishak received congratulations from the head of the Presidential Work Unit in the field

The proud achievement was received by the Governor of East Kalimantan handed over by the Chairperson of UKP4 after the Kick Off Meeting of TEPPA at the Le Meridien Hotel Ballroom Jakarta, 24/2/14.

"This award is a form of appreciation that can spur the performance of government institutions. The existence of this is expected that government institutions can use the budget and the realization of spending can achieve the target," said East Kalimantan Governor Awang Faroek Ishak after receiving the 2013 TEPPA TA award. Quoted from the website diskominfo.kaltimrov.go.id.

On that occasion, Awang expressed his gratitude for the performance of all elements in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government. The main and important thing is to realize and maintain success with performance. In addition to the discipline of each SKPD, which is more perfect when supported by regencies/cities, "he said. Quoted from the diskominfo.kaltimbrov.go.id website

The performance of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan is very extraordinary and received a very high award from the Governor of East Kalimantan and gave appreciation to all officials and staff in the environment of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for hard work, intelligent work and high enthusiasm so that they could achieve the first best awards, and invite all ranks of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to work better in the future.

The first best awarding ceremony for Teppa East Kalimantan in addition to being attended by the Governor of East Kalimantan was also attended by the Regional Secretary of the Province of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. Irianto Lambrie who is also the executor of the position of Governor of Kalimantan Utama Province, the following was also attended by Plt. Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province, as well as the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Dr. Ir. H. Rusmadi.MS and the Head of Statistics and Development Control, Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan, Drs.H. Taufik Hermawan and other officials as well as related staff in the management of the East Kalimantan Province TEPPA.

As a flashback of the implementation of TEPPA in several regions from the evaluation results it appears that, the level of absorption (disbursement) is not an indicator that can represent the performance of K/L or Province. On one side, the APBN and APBD value throughout 2010-2013, especially the amount of the shopping components, increased by an average of 21% per year. But on the other hand, the budget implementing organization, namely K/L and the Provincial Government, tends to be permanent (indicated by the average growth of the number of civil servants between 2010-2013 under zero). That is, the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing organizations in executing the budget is the key.

Based on the results of the evaluation this year TEPPA gave the 2013 TEPPA TA award. This is an award for K/L/regions that were considered successful in managing their budget according to the performance appraisal criteria by TEPPA. This is also an endeavor to stimulate and encourage K/L/regions to further carry out the function of evaluation, supervision, and control of the budget.

The achievement of Teppa Province of East Kalimantan was very special for the Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. Awang Farong Ishak and his staff because at the end of the government Dr.H. Awang Faroek Ishak - H. Farid Wadjady received extraordinary achievements.

In accordance with the outline of the evaluation, the intended performance appraisal criteria include: Deviation between targets and achievements, budget ceiling, capital expenditure, activity output characteristics, geographical distribution of work, e-procurement implementation, to the intensity of reporting as an indicator. These points are weighted based on their level of importance. As a result, six K/L and six provinces deserve to be rewarded with the 2013 TEPPA TA Award.
