Regional Musrenbang Kalimantan 2014

Samarinda, Sunday, 2/3/14. The Provincial Government of East Kalimantan held the Kalimantan Regional Pre -Musrenbang, Monday 3 March 2014 at Hotel Gran 2._pra_musrenbang /> Senyiur, Jalan Ars Mohammad Number 7, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan Province by discussing three development agendas, namely: 1). Connectivity </p>
<p> Infrastructure Development; 2). Energy development connectivity; 3). Connectivity of food security development.
<p> The results of the discussion of the 3 main connectivity agenda between provinces in Kalimantan will be discussed follow -up on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 in the same place and attended by the Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Dr.H. Hatta Rajasa and the Environmental Officer of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, and will be attended by all Governor of Kalimantan, who have confirmed that the Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. Awang Faroek Ishak; South Kalimantan Governor; The Governor of Central Kalimantan, while the Governor of West Kalimantan and Acting. Background

The potential of a very diverse region in terms of natural resources in Kalimantan apparently has not been able to elevate the life of the people of Kalimantan in significantly. Some development paradoxes that are the strategic issues of the current strategic is the imbalance in the construction of the island of Java and the island of Kalimantan. One indicator is the high gap of investment value planted in Java and Kalimantan. This is because there is still a reliable basic infrastructure (connectivity between production and energy). The advantages of SDA that are owned still requires the support of basic infrastructure that can support the processing of existing natural resources from the raw materials of finished goods.

With the background of the problem, the Cooperation Forum for the Acceleration of the Regional Development of Regional Development of Kalimantan (FKRP2RK) was formed. The Cooperation Forum for the Revitalization of the Acceleration of the Regional Development of Kalimantan was established as a form of responsibility and concern of the Governor in Kalimantan towards the people of Kalimantan. In its implementation, FKRP2RK actively coordinates/work meetings between provincial governments and conduct an audience to the Strategic Ministry every year.

Purpose and Purpose

a. Musrenbang forum for the 2014 Kalimantan Regional Revitalization and Acceleration for the 2014 Regional Development to accelerate progress and synergize the programs/activities of the Ministry/Institutional Development and Provincial Government in Kalimantan in the field of infrastructure (connectivity) to fulfill energy and food security in the island of Kalimantan.

b. Purpose:

1. Identification of time targets, volumes and locations of programs/activities for the Development of the Ministry/Institution in the field of connectivity for fulfilling energy and food security on the island of Kalimantan as needed; 2. Formulate strategies and steps that must be taken both the central and regional governments in order to realize the work plan and program of development of Kalimantan in the field of connectivity of energy fulfillment in Kalimantan

Theme

Based on the work evaluation of the previous year and for the effectiveness and efficiency of work, the 2014 FKRP2RK carries a more specific theme of the main problem of the island of Kalimantan, namely "Acceleration of Connectivity Settlement, Fulfillment of Energy and Regional Food Security of Kalimantan"

The results to be achieved

The results to be achieved at this meeting are:
1. The creation of inter -regional transportation connectivity (roads, ports, airports) and supporting the centers of the economic growth of the island of Kalimantan, among others:
a. Increasing the capacity of 8 tons of road to 12 tons.
b. Increasing the capacity of port and airports according to the needs /main needs of the road and master plan.
c. Acceleration of completion of the long span bridge.
d. Widening of the roads that connect the Civics.

2. Fulfillment of electricity and energy needs through:
a. Increasing the BBM quota of Kalimantan Island.
b. Solutions for Electricity Fulfillment Through the Construction of Power Plants.

3. Fulfillment of food security in the Kalimantan regional in the framework:
a. Become a national rice barn
b. Increased rice production of each province

b. Proposed FKRP2RK Work Plan in 2014.
c. 2015 Kalimantan Regional Development Program /Activities Plan /Activities.

1. Report of the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province as the organizer. 2. The speech of the chairman of FKRP2RK for the period 2013 - 2014 with the topic "Acceleration of Connectivity Completion, Fulfillment of Energy and Regional Food Security of Kalimantan" as well as opening the Musrenbang event
3. Reception of North Kalimantan as a member of FKRP2RK 4. A brief explanation of each Governor in Kalimantan related to the theme and proposal of each Kalimantan Regional Program/Activity.
