Data supports regional development

Rusmadi.MS delivered a presentation with the title "Efforts to Build a" One Data One Map "in Supporting Regional Development Planning Policy in East Kalimantan Province" at the Synchronization Meeting and Consolidation of Development Data in East Kalimantan in 2014 in the 9th Floor Meeting Room of the Pacific Hotel, Jl. Achmad Yani Balikpapan along with the resource person of the Head of the Central Statistics Agency of East Kalimantan Province, Aden Gultom with the moderator of the Head of Bappeda City Balikpapan, Drs.H. Suryanto, M.M, Tuesday 10/6/14. The meeting participants were attended by Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, East Kalimantan Province BPS and SKPD related to the scope of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and BPS, Regency/City Bappeda in East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan totaling approximately 120 people.
While the Head of Subdivision, Kasubbid and Staff who were present in the scope of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province included the Head of Statistics & Development Control, Drs.H. Taufik Hermawan; Head of Subdivision of Statistics and Data Collection Rina Juliaty, S.Si; Head of Subdivision of Development Control, Charmarijaty, ST; Head of Subdivision of Program Planning, H. Buyung Dodi Gunawan, ST., M.M; Head of Subdivision of Government, Dra. Tri Padianawati; Head of Subdivision of Business Development, Tourism and Culture, Berlin Friniko Sihaloho, SE and Staff in the Field of Planning and Program Planning Staff.
Dr.Ir.H. Rusmadi.MS In the delivery of material it explains that the importance of data to support regional development and discrete statistical data, among others: 1). Statistical activities are actions that include efforts to provide and disseminate data, efforts to develop statistics, and efforts that lead to the development of the National Statistics System (Law No: 16/1997 neighboring statistics); 2). The national statistical system is a order consisting of elements that are regularly interrelated, so as to form totality in the administration of statistics (pillars of SSN are basic statistics+sectoral+special); 3. Sectoral Statistics Namely statistics whose utilization is intended to meet the needs of certain agencies in the framework of implementing government and development tasks which are the main tasks of the relevant agency (SKPD statistics).
Building the 'One Data One Map' for East Kalimantan Development on the basis of one map policy, one map policy based on Law Number 4 of 2011 & Inpres 10 of 2011, namely geospatial data needed by all government and local government institutions and the community to improve the quality of decision making in all aspects of national development.
Background 'One Data One Map' for East Kalimantan
1. Geospatial becomes a very important media for development planning and sustainable resource management both at the central and regional levels;
2. Equating perceptions in processing spatial and non -spatial data for all SKPDs within the Provincial Government and Regency/City of East Kalimantan to use the same and integrated references; 3. Facilitate the exchange of data between SKPD and Regency/City and provides efficiency in the use of funds and time in the process of implementing monitoring and evaluation of activities and is also beneficial for the public
In connection with there are still some data that have not been synchronous based on data sources both provincial and district /city for development planning in East Kalimantan, as well as the importance of the role and function of data in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of development results. For this reason, it is necessary to follow up with a synchronization and consolidation of development data in East Kalimantan. Data Synchronization and Consolidation Meetings in East Kalimantan which were held on June 9-11, 2014 in Balikpapan City attended by Bappeda, BPS Regency /City in East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan and Bappeda, BPS, Office /Agency of East Kalimantan Province and Bappeda of North Kalimantan Province. East Kalimantan, Exposure to the Head of BPS of East Kalimantan Province, Exposure to the West Java Province Bappeda Pusdalisbang Pusdalisbang on a West Java and BPS RI Development Data on the Competitiveness and Industrialization of Regional Products, Geospatial Information Agency on One Data One Map in Supporting One Map Policy Policy and BPS East Kalimantan Province on Discrepansion of Regional Data in the 2014 Figures/ /> 1. With the establishment of the One Map One MAP Portal of East Kalimantan Province (http://onedataonemap.kaltimvov.go.id), all SKPDs, Provincial and Regency/City BPS agreed to provide accurate data (one data) based on regional (spatial) to the sub -district/village/village level (one map). 2. To support the above program, each Provincial and Regency/City SKPD in East Kalimantan which is coordinated by Bappeda compiles sectoral statistical publications based on spatial (territorial) to the district/sub-district/village/village level.
3. With one data, data forums are formed both at the provincial and district/city levels to verify, validate and analyze data. Members of the data forum consist of elements of SKPD, and BPS and academics. 4. Legal Umbrella for Cooperation in the Framework of Statistics, Information Technology and HR Development Technology is Perpres Number 54 of 2010 and Regulation of the Head of BPS Number 37/2012. In the Perka, the title of the activity/publication issued based on cooperation may not be the same as those listed in PP No. 54 of 2009 concerning Types and Tariffs on PNBP Types in BPS.
