Submission of the East Kalimantan Governor's remarks represented by the Assistant Government of the East Kalimantan Province Secretariat was accompanied by the Legal Bureau Coconut, H. JDIH Bimtek Participants were attended by the SKPD of East Kalimantan Province and Regency/City in East Kalimantan and the North Kalimantan Province SKPD numbered approximately 200 people.

The Governor of East Kalimantan conveyed the message that legal information including public information that must be available at any time in each public body and can be presented without having to have a request.

Further said that the dissemination of legal information to the wider community is in principle the obligation of the public body as a state administrator. The government is obliged to provide communication channel infrastructure so that information is obtained by the wider community throughout the archipelago.

Bimtek JDIH in 2015 aims to improve the professionalism of the management of the documentation and legal information network and through the operation of the legal information documentation network can provide legal information in full, accurate and timely and public access that can be relied upon and available easily and quickly. In addition, JDIH is expected to improve intensive coordination between provinces and districts/cities in East Kalimantan in realizing reliable JDIH and can operate nationally.

While the delivery of the Interior Speaker said that the purpose of the National Legal Information Documentation Network (JDIHN) was in accordance with the Presidential Regulation Number 33 of 2012 as Article 3 confirmed that:
1. Guarantee the creation of the management of integrated and integrated legal information and legal information in various government agencies and other institutions; 2. Ensure the availability of dukumentation and complete and accurate legal information, and can be accessed quickly and easily;
3. Developing effective cooperation between network centers and network members as well as among fellow network members in the context of providing legal documentation and information;
4. Improving the quality of national law development and service to the public as a form of good, transparent, effective, efficient and responsible government optimal.

Furthermore, the resource person conveyed in Article 10 of the Presidential Regulation 33 of 2012 asserted that:
1. JDIHN members are tasked with managing documentation and legal information issued by their institutions;
2. JDIHN members in carrying out the tasks referred to in paragraph (1) carry out functions: a). Collection, processing, storage, preservation and utilization of legal documents information issued by the institution; b). Development of Information Systems Based on Information and Communication Technology that can be integrated with the JDIHN central website.
