Assistance of RKA-SKPD APBD East Kalimantan TA. 2016

Balikpapan, 28/10/15. Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD) of East Kalimantan Province Conducting Budget Work Plan (RKA) 1a (SKPD) East Kalimantan Province APBD 2016 Fiscal Year in the Platinum Hotel Meeting Room Balikpapan from Monday to Saturday, 26 to 31 October 2015. </p>
<p style = TAPD of East Kalimantan Province consists of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Bangda Setwilda Bureau of East Kalimantan Province, Setwilda Finance Bureau of East Kalimantan Province, Setwilda Bureau Setwilda Equipment of East Kalimantan Province respectively.

Before conducting assistance to the SKPD of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government of East Kalimantan Province held a meeting first to equalize the perception between TAPD so that one word can be obtained in passing SKPD assistance.

The direction of TAPD was delivered by the Finance Bureau and the Head of the Regional Development Bureau H. Salman. L also from Bappeda Province of East Kalimantan.

In the direction it was delivered when the Assistant SKPD was required to attach the required documents including:

1. Minutes of Meeting of the RKA-SKPD Discussion Results by the Head of SKPD with the Head/Head of Kasi/Kabid;

2. Supporting data in the form of SKPD Strategic Plan draft for the 2014-2018 Fiscal Year;

3. List of PNS Employees according to Groups/Echelon and Non PNS;

4. Official travel supplement;

5. List of inventory of goods (assets and consumables);

6. Inventory of the building to be rehabilitated (if any);

7. Technical Supporting Data (RAB, Technical Specs, Plan Drawing, DED, Handling Sketch, Work Reference Framework);

8. List/other supporting documents needed.
