East Kalimantan Bappeda Accepts Provincial Archives Audit, Targets Orderly Governance

Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province received a visit from the 2026 Provincial Authority Archives Monitoring Team on Monday, 11 May 2026. This visit is a follow-up to the East Kalimantan Governor's direction regarding the orderly management of dynamic archives within Regional Apparatus Organizations. The supervisory team from the East Kalimantan Province Library and Archives Service conducted an internal audit to evaluate the administration of archives to ensure governance meets standards.
Head of General Subdivision of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, M. Isnainil Hude, welcomed the verification team directly accompanied by the Archivist of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Hastati Paturusi, along with the archival team from the Archives Unit (UK) and Processing Unit (UP). The supervisory team on duty consisted of Sulistiyani, Affandy, and M. Syatriannoer who carried out visits for entry meeting. The main focus of this supervision includes verifying audit supporting evidence that has been uploaded via the official application.
In the audit process, the supervisory team carried out a thorough examination of aspects of dynamic archive management and archival resources. All relevant levels at the East Kalimantan Bappeda are fully committed to supporting every verification process to ensure archival standards are met.
This activity is expected to be able to strengthen the governance of state information and documents as part of the East Kalimantan Bappeda's commitment to realizing an accountable government system. The results of this monitoring will later become a reference for agencies to continue to improve and optimize archive management in the future.
