SRIKANDI Application Technical Guidance Version 3

Archivaries, Srikandi Admins and letter scribes from the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda attended the Technical Guidance Agenda (Bimtek) for the SRIKANDI Application Version 3 held by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) on 30-31 May 2024 at the Putri Karang Melenu Building, Tenggarong.
Attended approx. 1000 participants include archivists, SRIKANDI admins and letter registrars from OPDs throughout Indonesia.
Dr. H. Sunggono, M.M, Kukar Regional Secretary stated that one of the programs, namely Digitalization of Public Services (DISAPA) is one of the encouragements for the Kukar Government to use the SRIKANDI Application.
Using the SRIKANDI Application makes archive management more organized so that it becomes more effective.
The challenges faced in implementing SRIKANDI are in human resources, infrastructure (in the form of signals), changing mindset and performance culture digital.
In SRIKANDI Version 3 there are several additional new features, in order to maximize the usefulness of the SRIKANDI Application as an Integrated Dynamic archival information system.
To strengthen the skills of the participants, several materials were delivered by ANRI including Policy for implementing SRIKANDI
V3 in Regional Government, Transition of SRIKANDI V2 to V3, Preparation of the Structure of SRIKANDI V3, Practice SRIKANDI V3 Correspondence V3 filing and interspersed with a question and answer session.
With SRIKANDI V3 it is hoped that SPBE can run, important archives can be maintained, easily accessible and safer.
