FGD Synchronization of the implementation of the FCPF scheme of GHK emissions decreases in East Kalimantan
Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province represented by the Economy and Natural Resources Fields attended virtual implementation of "FGD Synchronization of the Implementation of the Emission Reduction Program".
In the framework of implementing the Green Gas Emissions Reduction Program (GHG) with the Forest Carbon Partnership Facility-Carbon Fund (FCPF-CF) program in East Kalimantan period 2020-2024, the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan
The Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activity was carried out by the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat of the Regional Secretariat Prov. East Kalimantan in collaboration with the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) institution by presenting related Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and related Development Partners.
The main beneficiary in this program is the community, because the community is a key factor in protecting the forest, preventing fires, and the main target in improving welfare.
It is hoped that through this FGD, a map of the activity "who does what" related to the GHG emission decline in East Kalimantan Province in the program/activity carried out by the government through the technical OPD in the East Kalimantan Province along with the Development Partner.
