Cross-Regional Apparatus Forum in the Context of Preparing Plans and Strategic Plans for Regional Apparatus: Sector I Acceleration of the Regional Economy
Samarinda (22/04/2025) - Today a Cross-Regional Apparatus Forum was held in the context of preparing the 2025–2029 Regional Apparatus Strategic Plan (Renstra) and the 2026 Regional Apparatus Work Plan (Renja) which took place on Tuesday (22/4) specifically focusing on thematic I, namely "Accelerating the Regional Economy."
Led by Assistant II for Economics and Administration Development, Ir. Ujang Rachmad, M.Si, this forum presented a number of regional officials and related stakeholders. In this forum, each sector explained its main output and contribution in supporting regional economic growth, including the plantation sector, tourism, processing industry, food, livestock, maritime and fisheries, forestry, as well as investment and integrated services.
One of the important points discussed was the strategy to control inflation through optimizing the Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID), as well as efforts to increase regional competitiveness in order to accelerate economic growth.
After listening to various input and discussions, The forum agreed on several main points:
Priority Programs and Main Outputs of regional apparatus along with targets and funding requirements for Renja 2026 and Strategic Plan 2025–2029.
Indication of Programs and Outputs of Regional Apparatus which will serve as a guide in implementing regional economic development policies.
Suggestions and Input from Forum Participants collected as material for consideration in improving the document planning.
Determination of Forum Results as official material in the final preparation of the Regional Work Plan and Strategic Plan for East Kalimantan Province.
