Identify a list of statistical and geospatial data in the 2023 East Kalimantan One Data Forum
Samarinda, (18/10/2023). The Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda PPEPD Division, Mr. Alfino Rinaldi Arief, led the implementation of the 2023 One Data Pre-Forum, accompanied by elements of the East Kalimantan BPS as Statistical Data Supervisor (represented by the East Kalimantan BPS Intermediate Prakom, Mr. Khairil Anwar) and the East Kalimantan Diskominfo as Data Administrator (represented by the Head of the East Kalimantan Diskominfo Social Statistics Section, Mrs. Ika Wahyuni) in the East Kalimantan Bappeda Propeda Meeting Room.
"The 2023 One Data Pre-Forum was carried out in preparation for the implementation of the One Data Forum which is planned to be held in the second week of November 2023," said the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda PPEPD.
It was further stated that the Pre-Forum One Data is a stage that will only be implemented in 2023 as a follow-up to the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the One Data Forum which has been prepared together with BPS Kaltim.
In the SOP, there are 4 stages in the One Data Pre-Forum, which in this meeting entered the 2nd stage, namely checking the data list that has been compiled by the data secretariat (Bappeda Kaltim) for further joint discussions between the Data Trustees (BPS Kaltim), Data Secretariat, Data Guardian (Diskominfo Kaltim), and Data Producers (Relevant Regional Apparatus).
There are 44 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government which are divided into several Pre-One Data Forum sessions held for 3 days (18 to 20 October 2023) to identify a list of statistical and geospatial data from each OPD.
For your information, this series of activities is a follow-up to the mandate of Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019 concerning One Indonesian Data, as well as taking into account East Kalimantan Gubernatorial Regulation Number 41 of 2016 concerning One Data One Map and East Kalimantan Gubernatorial Regulation Number 48 of 2021 concerning One Data, where it is stated that Data Trustees, Data Trustees and Supporting Data Guardians communicate and coordinate through the One Data Forum which is held at least twice in one year.
