Implementing Accountability, East Kalimantan Bappeda Fills E-SAKIP Collective for Preparation for 2025 SAKIP Assessment
Samarinda (10/04/2025) - Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda Program Planning Subdivision, Stella Felicia Sinaga led the implementation of socialization and collective filling of the performance accountability information system (E-SAKIP) for the first quarter of 2025 for all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Thursday (10/04/2025).
Events held in the East Kalimantan Bappeda Propeda Meeting Room, the aim is to implement the principle of accountability in carrying out official duties as well as preparation for the 2025 Bappeda SAKIP assessment.
In his direction, it was emphasized that filling out the E-SAKIP is the responsibility of all ASN within the East Kalimantan Bappeda, considering that the work is carried out using public funds.
The main target of this meeting is to ensure that all civil servants have a performance room. E-SAKIP is filled with performance for the first quarter of 2025. Information that must be completed includes performance realization up to the end of March 2025, performance achievements up to the first quarter of 2025, future action plans, driving and inhibiting factors, efforts made, and supporting evidence of performance. The process of filling in the performance room is expected to be in line with the filling in the E-Kinerja (Work Result Plan/RHK) system, making it easier for civil servants to align existing data.
Filling in the E-SAKIP is a crucial part of the 2025 East Kalimantan Bappeda SAKIP assessment, which will include checking the substance of filling in the realization and work plan. The presence of all East Kalimantan Bappeda ASNs at this event is expected to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of performance data that will be used in evaluating Bappeda's performance accountability East Kalimantan.
