Kickoff Regional Consultation Forum for Accelerating Economic Transformation of East Kalimantan
Samarinda, (10/22/2024)-Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province held a Kickoff for the Regional Consultation Forum in connection with the National and Regional Agenda of East Kalimantan Province in 2025-2045, namely Economic Transformation, Tuesday (10/22).
Kegiatan yang dibuka oleh Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Sri Wahyuni selaku Ketua Forum dan dihadiri oleh berbagai pemangku kepentingan terkait dari unsur Lembaga Pusat, Perangkat Daerah Provinsi Kaltim, unsur Kabupaten/Kota, Akademisi, Sektor Perbankan, serta Pemangku Kepentingan Lainnya tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan wadah bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam merumuskan perencanaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan Transformasi Ekonomi melalui Forum Konsultasi Daerah untuk Percepatan Transformasi Ekonomi Kalimantan Timur.
In the activity moderated by Ade Cahyat (GIZ) presented several speakers, including the elements:
1. Daya Makara University of Indonesia, Abraham Sisungkunon Brother;
2. Chairman of the East Kalimantan ISEI, Aji Sofyan Efendi;
3. Deputy Chairman for ESG & Mining Governance PT. Indotambangraya Megah Tbk, Ignatius Wurwanto.
The activity continued with a discussion led by the Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Yusliando related to the composition of personnel, task description, and discussion of the Work Plan forum which will then be determined in the East Kalimantan Governor's Decree.
The forum will be tasked with encouraging and facilitating the acceleration of economic transformation in East Kalimantan, by increasing the role of stakeholders in accelerating economic transformation, providing input on the preparation of economic transformation plans, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of economic transformation plans, and managing joint actions to overcome obstacles.
