East Kalimantan RPJMD Evaluation Consignment for the 2019 - 2023 Period (Finalization Stage)
Thursday - Friday, 9 - 10 December 2021. East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held a meeting "Evaluation Consignment for the East Kalimantan RPJMD for the 2019 - 2023 Period" which was held in Balikpapan City.
The meeting which was attended by all sectors of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda as well as Regional Apparatus within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government was based on the mandate of Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 86 of 2017 concerning procedures for planning, controlling and evaluating regional development, so that regions need to evaluate the results of implementing the Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD).
This consignment meeting is the finalization and continuation stage of the implementation of the RPJMD evaluation consignment meeting on November 30 2021. This meeting aims to carry out final verification (finalization) of achievement data as well as problems and follow-up from all Regional Apparatus within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
Present at the first opportunity, the East Kalimantan Provincial Health Service verified and clarified data on the achievements of the priority programs being implemented. Kemudian dilanjutkan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perangkat Daerah lainnya sesuai jadwal pada daftar undangan yang telah dikirimkan.
Furthermore, the results of this meeting will become the basis for the RPJMD evaluation team to prepare and finalize the evaluation report document on the results of the implementation of the East Kalimantan RPJMD for the period 2019 - 2023 (3rd year).
