Consignment of East Kalimantan RPJMD Evaluation for 2019 - 2023 (finalization stage)
Thursday - Friday, 9-10 December 2021. Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province held a meeting "Evaluation Consignment of the East Kalimantan RPJMD 2019-2023" which was held in Balikpapan City.
Implementation of the meeting attended by all fields in the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and regional apparatus in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government is based on the mandate of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development, the regions need to evaluate the results of the implementation of the Regional Development Plan (RPJMD).
This consignment meeting is a finalization and continued stage of the implementation of the RPJMD evaluation consignment meeting on 30 November 2021. This meeting aims to conduct final verification (finalization) of achievement data and problems and follow -up from all regional apparatus in the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan.
Present on the first occasion, the East Kalimantan Provincial Health Office verified and clarified the priority program achievement data carried out. Then continued the Public Works Office and other regional apparatus according to the schedule on the list of invitations that have been sent.
Furthermore, the results of the implementation of this meeting will be the basis of the RPJMD evaluation team to compile and finalize the evaluation report on the implementation of the East Kalimantan RPJMD 2019-2023 (3rd year).
