East Kalimantan Regional Government won an award in the use of the Srikandi Provincial Level Archives I
Mataram (3-4 September 2024) Archivist, Srikandi admin, letter recording and agenda attending the Coordination Meeting on the Application of the Srikandi Application. This Coordination Meeting is a collaboration from Anri, Prov. NTB and Mataram City Library Office. As for Drs. Hilman Rosmana, M. Hum as Director of Regional Archives was also present to deliver remarks. In the remarks, Pak Hilman said that the Srikandi was carried out to improve efficiency, transparency and effectiveness in order to run the 95th Presidential Regulation of 2018 regarding SPBE in all regional apparatuses. The Coordination Meeting of the Application of the Srikandi Application was held once a year. Followed by 1300 people from various Srikandi users in regional apparatuses throughout Indonesia, this coordination meeting was used as a forum for Srikandi users to share processes or problems in the implementation of the Srikandi application.
dr. H. Mohan Rolisha, S. Sos., M.H as Mayor of Mataram was present to deliver remarks and open the event, then the NTT Regional Secretary represented the Acting. NTT Governor, Deputy for National Archives Governance, to give a speech. In this Coordination Meeting, the East Kalimantan Regional Government received a national level award from the Indonesian National Archives as the Provincial Government of the Implementation of the Application of the Srikandi Application Order 3 Regional Archives I.
The series of events also included the delivery of the testimony of the use of the Srikandi from the Regent of Kab. East Luwu and some materials delivered by Anri, Ministry of Home Affairs, Regional Archives, Kemenkominfo, Bappenas and Head of the Village Thematic Archive Team.
