The East Kalimantan Provincial Government Plays an Active Role in the 2024 Musrenbangnas at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC)
Jakarta (16/04/2024), the East Kalimantan Provincial Government demonstrated its commitment to advancing national development by actively participating in the 2024 National Development Planning Conference (Musrenbangnas) organized by the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas. The grand meeting was held at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) and attended by more than 2,000 representatives of central and regional governments both online and offline.
One of the important points at the event was the agreement on the 2024 Government Work Plan (RKP) which was produced through joint discussions between various stakeholders. Apart from that, the 2024 Musrenbangnas is also the momentum for the launch of the 2020-2050 Population Projection by the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, which provides a long-term view of Indonesia's population growth.
On this occasion, Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province also participated in the Expo of the 12 Best Provinces in the 2024 Regional Development Awards (PPD), representing East Kalimantan Province at the national level. At the expo, Bappeda East Kalimantan brought out the innovation of Important Students (Care for Stunting) as a concrete effort to address the prevalence of stunting in the area.
This moment was also an opportunity for the Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province, Sri Wahyuni, along with other regional officials to also attend and provide full support for the prioritized development agendas. Their presence at this event shows the strong commitment of the regional government in supporting the national development vision.
Thus, the East Kalimantan Provincial Government's active participation in the 2024 Musrenbangnas is not just a representation, but also a concrete manifestation of its commitment to collaborate in realizing inclusive and sustainable development for all the people of East Kalimantan.
