Preparation of a Business Process Map for the East Kalimantan Provincial Government Based on the 2024-2026 Regional Development Plan
The East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda through the PSDA, Infraswil, PPM and PPEPD sectors attended the East Kalimantan Provincial Government Business Process Map Preparation activity based on the 2024-2026 Regional Development Plan which was carried out by the East Kalimantan Provincial Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau, Tuesday (1/10).
This activity was carried out in accordance with the mandate of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 19 of 2018 concerning the Preparation of Business Process Maps for Government Institutions which consists of 4 (four) maps, namely: Process Map, Sub-Process Map, Cross-Functional Map, and Relationship Map.
Furthermore, this activity was carried out to gather input from regional officials (including the East Kalimantan Bappeda) related to activities carried out in the context of implementing activities in accordance with the East Kalimantan Province Regional Medium Term Planning Plan document to prepare a cross-functional map on the business process map of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government.
For your information, currently a Process Map and Sub-Process Map have been prepared as part of the Business Process Map of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, so that through this activity a cross-functional map and evaluation of the Business Process Map of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government has been carried out by the Organization Bureau together with the relevant regional apparatus according to a predetermined schedule.
