Preparations for the East Kalimantan RPJMD and RKPD Musrenbang are being finalized
In order to finalize preparations for the implementation of the Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) for 2025-2029 and the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) for East Kalimantan Province for 2026, a preparatory meeting has been held. This Preparatory Committee meeting was held on Friday, May 2 2025 in the Propeda Meeting Room, Fl. II Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province. This preparatory meeting is an important step towards the implementation of the Musrenbang which is scheduled for May 5 2025.
The preparatory meeting chaired by the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Yusliando, was attended by various internal elements of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, starting from the ranks of department heads, functional planners, subdivision heads, to a number of other staff.
This preparatory meeting is vital to ensure the smooth running of the Musrenbang which will discuss the draft regional strategic planning document. The East Kalimantan Musrenbang will later involve various stakeholders and aims to reach agreement on the draft RPJMD 2025-2029 and RKPD 2026, which will be marked by the signing of the Minutes of Agreement.
The success of this preparatory meeting is expected to have a positive impact on the effectiveness and productivity of the provincial Musrenbang later.
