Meeting Performance Activities in Each General Subdivision Personnel
Head of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda General Subdivision, Achmad Risa, chaired a performance meeting meeting in each of the general sub-section personnel in the Repetada Bappeda Meeting Room of East Kalimantan Province on Monday (18/03/2024).
This meeting aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out tasks related to PPID, official travel, BMD management, staffing, archiving, administration of the Suc.
the results of this meeting as a commitment to improve service quality and improve performance in each aspect discussed.
some important agreements including increasing transparency in the management of public information (PPID), increasing efficiency in managing goods and services, and also strengthening staffing management.
In addition, the scope of other activities especially in the general sub-section, including the application of good governance principles in the management of BMD, improving the quality of archival administration, and optimizing the administrative process of the Suc.
The division of performance activities in each sub-section personnel is expected to be accounted for through monthly activity reports.
Thus, this meeting confirms the commitment of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Subdivision to continue to improve performance and services in order to support the achievement of efficiency in carrying out their respective tasks.
