Dialogue Meetings and Employee Performance Activities within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province
The East Kalimantan Bappeda held a Dialogue Meeting and Employee Performance Activities in the Regional Police Meeting Room led by the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Yusliando and attended by all Bappeda staff. This meeting presented a resource person from the Head of BPS for East Kalimantan Province.
In the meeting, the focus of discussion was efforts to align performance indicators down to staff level. This dialogue aims to ensure that tasks can be distributed evenly and the performance of each individual can be measured according to their respective tasks.
Yusniar, Head of BPS for East Kalimantan Province as a resource person shared his experiences regarding cascading performance, namely the process of aligning strategic goals, performance indicators and targets organization down to the individual level. This process aims to:
• Encourage collaborative planning,
• Align performance,
• Have a reference for assessment, and
• Use resources power effectively, as regulated in Menpan RB Number 89 of 2021.
In its implementation, BPS carries out alignment and uses an agile approach by forming work teams based on organizational structure and scope of work, as well as based on SOPs and work agreements.
BPS utilizes the KiP App application to monitor individual performance plans every month, complete with supporting evidence. Additionally, BPS uses Notion as a monthly performance mapping and reporting platform, as well as a spreadsheet matrix to manage key indicators, responsibilities, documents and deadlines. A comprehensive analysis is also carried out so that the distribution of work is even and according to individual capacity.
With this meeting, the East Kalimantan Bappeda hopes to be able to implement the knowledge shared by BPS in order to improve the quality of regional development planning and accountability of public services, as well as achieve the strategic performance targets for 2025 in a comprehensive manner. optimal.
