Coordination Meeting in the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda Environment
Samarinda, (08/20/2024) - Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Yusliando led the internal coordination meeting with the Secretary, all heads of fields, young expert planning, and related technical staff in the East Kalimantan Bappeda environment, Tuesday (8/20).
In the activities carried out in the East Kalimantan Bappeda Propeda Meeting Room, he conveyed several important things, including related to the importance of the importance of all parties in the secretariat and the field of the process of correspondence, responsible for each process, archiving letters, coordinating for the documentation process and planning documents at each stage, to improve coordination and synergize in carrying out their duties.
In addition it was stated that the evaluation was carried out as an effort to create a good archive, because the archive has an important role as a source of information and supervision tools needed by the East Kalimantan Bappeda in planning, development, data analysis, policy formulation to decision making.
