Coordination Meeting of Regional Development Award (PPD) Assessment Mechanism at Regency and City Level

Today, (22/01/2024) Head of the Government and Human Development Division of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, Mr. Mispoyo led the implementation of the Coordination Meeting with the Main Assessment Team/TPU (from the OPD Leadership within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government), the Technical Assessment Team/TPT (from the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda Young Expert Planner), and the Independent Assessment Team/TPI (from Mulawarman University Academic elements) Regarding the 2024 Regional Development Award (PPD) Assessment Mechanism at Regency and City Level at Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province.
The meeting was held to follow up on the Kemenpan / Bappenas letter regarding the Socialization of PPD 2024 at Regency and City Levels. Apart from that, it is also to synergize the assessment mechanism and equalize perceptions between the Provincial Assessment Team, both the Main Assessment Team, the Technical Assessment Team and the Independent Assessment Team regarding the 24 assessment indicators that will be carried out.
Mr Mispoyo explained, in general the Regency/City Assessment Stage in the 2024 PPD is divided into 2, namely the Assessment by the Provincial Assessment Team and the Assessment by the Central Assessment Team.
The Regency/City Assessment Stage in the 2024 PPD carried out by the Provincial Assessment Team (which consists of TPU, TPT and TPI) includes the Assessment of Planning and Innovation Documents (with a weight of 45%) which is currently ongoing. Meanwhile, the Verification and Presentation stage (with a weight of 55%) is scheduled to be held on 5 and 6 February 2024 in Balikpapan City.
