Coordination Meeting to Transfer Management of Tepra Application Management
Wednesday, September 29, 2021. Following up on Governor's Letter Number 020.0/5059/BP3D/B.AP concerning the Transfer of the Management of the Tepra Application in the Regional Development Administration Bureau of the Regional Secretariat Prov. East Kalimantan, a coordination meeting was held to transfer the management of the Tepra application in the Propeda Meeting Room (Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan) and was attended by the Secretary and the Head of the Head of Subdivision in the Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan and elements of the Regional Secretariat Development Administration Bureau of Prov. Kaltim.
Bappeda and the Regional Secretariat Development Administration Bureau. East Kalimantan who was present at the meeting agreed a number of things as stated in the Minutes of Agreement on the Transfer of the Tepra Application, among others:
Adbang Bureau as the admin application admin, fully responsible, and coordinated with other regional apparatuses (BPKAD and Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services) related to withdrawing basic data on the Tepra application;
Coordinate the regional apparatus in the process of basic data entry and realization data and report to the Governor and Office of the President's Staff and organize the Rapim Tepra regularly;
Bappeda as a planning institution is given access to get all data on the Tepra application as a viewer;
Tepra application was transferred to the server that became the asset of the adbang bureau;
In the case of the server not available in the Adbang Bureau, the temporary Tepra application remains on the server in Bappeda until the availability of servers in the Adbang Bureau in 2022;
Maintenance and updating of the next Tepra application becomes the responsibility of the Adbang Bureau;
For technology transfer, the Adbang bureau can consult directly with the Tejra programmer experts used by Bappeda before or other programmers.
