2022 Development Planning Technical Coordination Meeting
Monday, 02/21/2022. The Ministry of National Development Planning / Bappenas held a Development Planning Technical Coordination Meeting directly and online at the Bidakara hotel, Jakarta. All divisions in Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province as well as related Regional Apparatus within East Kalimantan Province were also present at this activity.
The agenda for implementing this activity includes filling in proposals for the Rakortekrenbang application (pre-Rakortekrenbang) which will be held on February 17 - 19; Opening of the Rakortekrenbang on February 21; as well as the Affairs Desk and Regional Desk (for East Kalimantan scheduled for February 22). In the last pre-rakortekrenbang implementation, Regional Apparatus within East Kalimantan Province had input approximately 30 proposals on the Krishna Harmonized application.
Today is the agenda for the opening of the Rakortekrenbang which was opened directly by the Minister of National Development Planning Suharso Manoarfa and attended by representatives of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of National Development Planning, and Regional Government.
In his briefing he said that this activity was considered very important in order to harmonize the Work Plan between the Central Government and Regional Governments in the context of accelerating national development.
Plt. The Director General of Regional Development at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Dr. Sugeng Hariono, in his speech explained that the aim of the Rakortekrenbang was to discuss support for RKPD/Regional Apparatus Plans for performance indicators for affairs at the central level as well as as a discussion forum and input material for Regional Apparatus Plans-RKP/K/L Renja. Apart from that, it is also to absorb macro development indicator targets for 2023 as well as central-regional strategies and actions in achieving them; and Discussion of regional technical proposals/support for activity programs in accordance with national priorities and national strategic projects
The expected output from the implementation of this activity is in the form of an agreement in the Rakortekrenbang activities which becomes the basis for preparing RKP and RKPD through synchronization of macro development targets, major projects/national strategic projects, and performance implementing consistent government affairs.
Then the results achieved from the 2022 Rakortekrenbang will become input material for Ranpermendagri regarding general guidelines for the 2023 RKPD so that it can then be guided by the Regional Government, and in sync with the Regional Government Implementation Report and Evaluation .
Furthermore, this activity will be continued with the Regional Desk and Affairs Desk activities scheduled (for East Kalimantan) on 22 February 2022, which will discuss a number of input results from regional proposals (results of input from Regional Apparatus) on the Krisna Selaras application.
