Review Meeting of Preliminary Draft Plan for Regional Apparatus

Samarinda. The East Kalimantan Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) held a Preliminary Draft Draft Regional Apparatus Plan Review Meeting on Monday, January 20 2020 at 13.30 WITA at the Repetada Room of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda, chaired by the Head of the Regional Development Planning and Control (P3D) Division, Charmarijaty, ST, M.Sc. From the minutes of the meeting held, it was decided that in the initial review of the Regional Apparatus Renja, the process of improving the Renja was carried out by the Planning Division starting from January 21 2020 until completion.

On the occasion of this meeting, the Economic Sector, Indagkop Sub-Sector, Review of Regional Apparatus Work Plans carried out for the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives (Disperindagkop) obtained the following results :

  • It is directed that the target cooperatives that are fostered are only cooperatives whose operations cross regions and are directed at processing/production cooperatives;
  • Indicators for activities or sub-activities that mention MSMEs are adjusted to the classification of mentions of new Small Businesses or independent SMEs;
  • The industrial planning and development program is directed at the processing industry
  • Programs that support the 2021 RKPD theme include the Cooperative Empowerment and Protection Program; The Empowerment Program for Medium Enterprises, Small Enterprises and Micro Enterprises (MSMEs); MSME Development Program; Industrial Planning and Development Program and Industrial Permit Control Program.

Meanwhile, from the Sub-Sector of Natural Resources and Environment (SDA & LH), a review of the Renja for the Forestry Service was carried out with the following results:

  • In Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP) Processing Implementation Activities, the indicators should be readjusted
  • Implementation Activities for Processing Timber Forest Products with Production Capacity < 6000 m3/Year, activity indicators adjusted, productive industrial units, especially those that are export oriented
  • Activities for Implementing Provincial Forestry Counseling and Community Empowerment in the Forestry Sector, aimed at counseling and empowering productive community businesses
  • Watershed Management Implementation Activities Across Regency/City Areas and within Regency/City Areas in 1 (One) Provincial Area, adjusted to provincial authority

Then for the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), the results of the Renja study obtained are for Development Activities for Underdeveloped Electric Power Supply Facilities, especially for Remote and Rural Areas, then indicators can be added other than distribution network construction, such as indicators for the amount of electricity capacity per village. Meanwhile, the results of the study for the Environmental Service Renja (DLH), namely the Activity Indicators for the Provincial Environmental Protection and Management Plan (RPPLH), may not be the same as the sub-activities, it could be that in the sub-activities in the form of documents that are followed up and for Environmental Pollution and/or Damage Recovery Activities, the indicators need to be adjusted again, such as the area of ​​land rehabilitated.
