Data-Based Financial Assistance Proposal Meeting and 2025 Expenditure Plan Efficiency
The East Kalimantan Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) held a meeting regarding the Dictionary of Data-Based Financial Assistance Proposals and Identification of the Efficiency of the 2025 Expenditure Plan. The meeting which took place in the Propeda Meeting Room of the East Kalimantan Bappeda was chaired directly by the Head of the East Kalimantan Bappeda and accompanied by the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda. All Heads of Planning, Team Leaders and staff were also present at today's meeting.
The first discussion was regarding the Dictionary of Data-Based Financial Assistance Proposals. In this discussion, the Head of Bappeda provided directions regarding filling in the worksheet in the general requirements column, special requirements, and information for recipients of financial assistance. This proposed dictionary will later be used as material for discussion with the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) to ensure the allocation of financial assistance is appropriate and based on accurate data.
Furthermore, the discussion focuses on identifying the efficiency of the 2025 spending plan for each sector. This is a follow-up to Governor's Instruction Number 1 of 2025 concerning Expenditure Efficiency in the 2025 APBD.
During the meeting, measures to limit and control the implementation of expenditure were discussed. Before determining the spending efficiency value for regional apparatus, each regional apparatus is required to report expenditure implementation plans to the Regional Secretary as a form of coordination and transparency in budget management.
With this meeting, it is hoped that the East Kalimantan Bappeda can prepare financial assistance proposals that are more structured and accountable, as well as implementing budget efficiency in accordance with regional government directions to increase the effectiveness of the use of regional funds in 2025.
