General Subdivision Secretariat Holds Personnel and BMD Management Coordination Meeting
Balikpapan – In an effort to strengthen synergy and ensure smooth personnel administration and administration of Regional Property (BMD), the General Subdivision Secretariat held a coordination meeting with personnel operators and BMD operators on each sector, Wednesday (4/6).
The meeting took place at the Public Works Infrastructure Maintenance UPTD Region I, Jl. MT. Haryono No. 30, Balikpapan was attended by all civil service staff, BMD management staff, as well as operators from each sector and secretariat.
In the meeting chaired by the Head of the General Subdivision of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Achmad Risa, two main agendas were discussed, namely performance monitoring evaluation East Kalimantan Province Bappeda employees, as well as BMD asset management, which includes returning damaged assets, writing off assets, and filling in inventory data for the second quarter of 2025.
