Socialization of the 2016 E-Musrenbang Application

East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda delivered a speech and opened the Socialization and Synchronization of Central and Regional Planning through the E-Musrenbang Application and Proposed Regional Development Funding Activities (UKPPD) in the Regional Police meeting room, East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda office, Jl. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda was attended by approximately 175 participants from all SKPDs within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and Regency/City Bappeda throughout East Kalimantan.
The Head of the Regional Development Assessment and Financing Division was accompanied by the Head of the Regional Development Financing Sub-Division, Andi Arifuddin, S.Pi and the Head of the Program Planning Sub-Division, H. Burung Dodi Gunawan, ST., MM.
In delivering his presentation, Hj. Faridah Hydro Foilyani told the participants present that "it is necessary to pay attention to and refer to 18 National Priority programs in proposing regional development activities and funding including:
1.  Food Sovereignty;
2.  Energy Sovereignty;
3. Maritime Affairs and Oceans;
4.  Mental Revolution;
5. Border Areas;
6.  Disadvantaged Areas;
7.  Health Services;
8.  Education Services;
9.  Between Income Groups;
10. Villages and Rural Areas;
11.  Housing and Settlements; 
12. Stability, Security and Order;
13.  Legal Certainty and Enforcement;
14.  Consolidation Democracy and Effectiveness of Diplomacy;
15.  Bureaucratic Reform;
16. Urban;
17.  Accelerated Growth of Industry and Economic Zones (KEK);
18.  Tourism Development.
Meanwhile, if national priority programs are grouped in the Planning Sector, they are divided into four (4), including:
A. The Economic Sector consists of priority programs
1. Food Sovereignty;
2. Energy Sovereignty;
3. Maritime Affairs and Maritime Affairs; 
4. Between Income Groups;
5. Acceleration of Industrial Growth and Economic Zones (KEK);
6. Tourism Development.
B. The HR Development sector consists of priority programs
1. Health Services;
2. Services Education;
3. Villages and Rural Areas.
C. The Government and HR Apparatus sector consists of priority programs
1. Mental Revolution;
2. Border Areas;
3. Disadvantaged Areas;
4. Stability, Security and Order
5. Certainty and Law Enforcement;
6. Democratic Consolidation and Diplomatic Effectiveness;
7. Bureaucratic Reform.
D. The Infrastructure and Regional Development sector consists of priority programs
1. Housing and Settlements;
2. Urban
Important things that need to be prepared in the 2016 E-Musrenbang include:
1.  Immediately map the authority of the Priority Program that will be proposed;
2.  The proposed Priority Program is in line with the proposal at the Kalimantan Regional Development Acceleration Revitalization Forum;
3.  Priority Program Proposals are in line with the results of certain Technical Ministry Coordination Meetings;
4.  Prepare technical data support including planning documents, land readiness, permits and so on;
5.  Correct placement of spatial loci. (Public Relations of the East Kalimantan Bappeda/Sukandar, S.Sos).
