Socialization of Gubernatorial Regulation No. 1 of 2024 concerning the Scope of Service Scripts for the East Kalimantan Provincial Government
Monday (04/03/2024) - East Kalimantan Province Bappeda conducted socialization of Governor's Regulation Number 1 of 2024 concerning Service Documents within the Regional Government.
This socialization meeting was attended by all Bappeda staff of East Kalimantan Province who are in charge of administrative affairs. The socialization was carried out in the Repetada Room of the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province and was opened by Achmad Risa as Head of General Subdivision.
The aim of regulating Official Documents is to ensure that written communication runs smoothly, effectively, orderly and efficiently.
For information, official documents have a main role as written communication tools, guides in carrying out duties, written evidence, as well as determining institutional quality and security aspects.
Therefore, in its implementation, Hastati Paturusi as the First Expert Archivist emphasized to all administrative staff within the Provincial Bappeda. East Kalimantan to be more careful and thorough in making official documents because there are still several letters that do not comply with the latest regulations of Gubernatorial Regulation No. 1 in 2024.
This socialization also aims to create uniformity in official scripts as a strategic step in an effort to improve administrative governance as part of bureaucratic reform.
With this meeting, it is hoped that the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda will be able to implement the administrative process in accordance with the provisions contained in Governor Regulation Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Administration of Official Documents.
