Head of Economics and Natural Resources


Position Overview:

Lead and carry out the implementation of some of the Agency's duties within the scope of the Economic and Natural Resources Sector in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to support the smooth implementation of the Agency's duties.

Main Tasks:

Carrying out the preparation of materials for policy formulation, coordination, guidance, guidance, control and technical development in the economic and natural resources sectors.

Job description :

  1. Prepare operational plans in the economic and natural resources sector based on the Department's work program as well as leadership instructions as a guide for carrying out tasks.
  2. Distribute tasks to subordinates in the economic and natural resources sector in accordance with the main tasks and responsibilities assigned so that the tasks assigned can run effectively and efficiently.
  3. Provide instructions for carrying out tasks to subordinates in the economic and natural resources sector in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures so that errors do not occur in carrying out tasks.
  4. Supervise the implementation of subordinate tasks in the field of economy and SDA periodically in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures to achieve the expected performance targets.
  5. Develop concepts for policy formulation, technical instructions and strategic plans in the economic and natural resources sectors in accordance with applicable rules and regulations for leadership to make decisions.
  6. Carry out verification of the strategic plan for regional apparatus in the economic and natural resources sectors.
  7. Coordinating the implementation of Musrenbang RPJPD, RPJMD and RKPD in the economic and natural resources sectors.
  8. Evaluate the implementation of subordinate tasks in the economic and natural resources sector by comparing operational plans with tasks that have been implemented as material for activity reports and performance improvements in the future.
  9. Prepare reports on the implementation of Economic Sector tasks in accordance with the tasks that have been carried out periodically as a form of performance accountability.
  10. Carry out other official duties given by the leadership, both verbally and in writing.

Function :

  1. Preparation of materials for formulating technical policies in the field of economics and natural resources.
  2. Preparation of materials for program planning coordination in the economic and natural resources sector.
  3. Preparation of materials and implementation of coordination, guidance, control and technical regulation of the agricultural and fisheries sub-sectors.
  4. Preparation of materials and implementation of coordination, guidance, control and technical regulation in the sub-sectors of industry, trade, cooperatives, investment and tourism.
  5. Preparation of materials and implementation of coordination, guidance, control and technical regulation in the natural resources and environment sub-sector.
  6. Preparation of materials and implementation of evaluation reports in the fields of agriculture and fisheries, industry, trade, investment cooperatives and tourism as well as natural resources and the environment.
  7. Implementation of other functions assigned by the Head of Bappeda related to his duties.

Head of Agriculture and Fisheries Sub-Sector


Position Overview:

Lead and carry out some of the economic tasks in the agricultural and fisheries sphere in accordance with applicable procedures and provisions in order to support the smooth running of Bappeda's duties.

Main Tasks:

Collecting and preparing materials for coordination, coaching, guidance, control and technical arrangements in preparing agricultural and fisheries development plans and programs.

Job description :

  1. Plan activities for the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub Sector based on the field operational plan as a guide for carrying out tasks.
  2. Dividing tasks to subordinates according to their respective duties and responsibilities for the smooth implementation of tasks in the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub Sector.
  3. Guiding the implementation of subordinate tasks in the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub-Sector environment in accordance with the duties and responsibilities given so that work runs orderly and smoothly.
  4. Check the work results of subordinates in the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub-Sector environment in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations to avoid errors.
  5. Prepare draft plans for drafting RPJP, RPJMD and RKPD for agricultural agribusiness affairs in accordance with applicable regulations to be used as input by leadership.
  6. Prepare draft implementation plans for Musrenbang, Long-Term Regional Development Plans (RPJPD), Medium-Term Regional Development Plans (RPJMD), and Regional Government Work Plans (RKPD) in the agricultural sector based on applicable provisions so that Musrenbang activities run safely and smoothly.
  7. Develop a concept plan for implementing the agreement with the DPRD regarding the APBD in the agricultural sector based on applicable regulations so that the budgeting process runs smoothly.
  8. Prepare a control/monitoring concept plan for the implementation of regional development planning in the agricultural sector in accordance with applicable regulations and provisions to be used as accountability material.
  9. Evaluate the implementation of activities in the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub Sector environment by identifying existing obstacles in order to improve performance in the future.
  10. Reporting the implementation of performance in the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub-Sector environment in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations as accountability for performance and plans for future activities.
  11. Carry out other official duties given by the leadership, both verbally and in writing.

Head of Sub-Division of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Investment and Tourism


Position Overview:

Lead and carry out some of the tasks in the economic sector within the scope of Indagkop, Investment and Tourism in accordance with applicable procedures and provisions in order to support the smooth running of Bappeda's duties.

Main Tasks:

Collecting and preparing materials for coordination, development, guidance, control and technical arrangements in preparing industrial and trade development plans and programs. cooperatives, investment and tourism.

Job description :

  1. Plan activities for the Indagkop, Investment and Tourism Sub Sectors based on the Economic Sector operational plan as a guide for carrying out tasks.
  2. Dividing tasks to subordinates in accordance with their respective duties and responsibilities for the smooth implementation of tasks in the Indagkop, Investment and Tourism Sub Sectors.
  3. Guiding the implementation of subordinate tasks in the Trade, Investment and Tourism Sub-Sector environment in accordance with the assigned duties and responsibilities so that work runs orderly and smoothly.
  4. Checking the work results of subordinates in the Trade, Investment and Tourism Sub-Sector environment in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations to avoid errors.
  5. Prepare draft plans for the preparation of Regional Long-Term Regional Development Plans (RPJPD), Medium-Term Regional Development Plans (RPJMD), and Regional Government Work Plans (RKPD) for industrial, trade and cooperative affairs in accordance with applicable regulations to be used as guidelines by the leadership in preparing activity plans.
  6. Develop a concept plan for implementing the agreement with the DPRD regarding APBD matters under its authority based on applicable regulations so that the budgeting process runs smoothly.
