Overview of Position:

Leading and carrying out the implementation of part of the tasks of the Agency in the scope of the economic and natural resources in accordance with the applicable regulations and regulations to support the smooth implementation of the tasks of the Agency.

The basic task:

Carry out the preparation of policy formulation materials, coordination, guidance, guidance, control and technical development in the economic and natural resources.

Job description :

1. Develop an operational plan in the environmental environment and natural resources based on the work program and leadership instructions as a guideline for carrying out tasks.
2. Distributing tasks to subordinates in the economic field and natural resources in accordance with the main tasks and responsibilities set so that the tasks given can be effective and efficient.
3. Provide instructions for carrying out tasks to subordinates in the environmental field and natural resources in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures so that there is no mistake in carrying out tasks.
4. Supervise the implementation of subordinates in the field of economics and SDAs on a regular basis in accordance with the rules and procedures that occur to achieve the expected work target.
5. Develop the concept of policy formulation, technical guidelines and planning in the economic and natural resources in accordance with the rules and regulations that apply to the leadership materials make decisions.
6. Carry out verification of the draft regional apparatus planning in the economic and natural resources.
7. Coordinating the implementation of the RPJPD, RPJMD and RKPD Musrenbang in the economic and natural resources.
8. Evaluating the implementation of subordinate tasks in the environmental and elementary school environment by comparing the operational plans with the tasks that have been carried out as material for activity reports and performance improvement in the future.
9. Prepare reports on the implementation of economic tasks in accordance with the tasks that have been carried out regularly as a form of performance accountability.

Function :

1. Preparation of materials for the formulation of technical policies in the economic and natural resources.
2. Preparation of Materials Coordination of Program Planning for the Field of Environmental and Natural Resources.
3. Preparation of materials and implementation of coordination, guidance guidance, control and technical arrangements for the agricultural and fisheries sub -fields.
4. Preparation of materials and implementation of coordination, guidance guidance, control and technical arrangements for the Industrial Subdivision, Trade, Cooperatives, Investment and Tourism.
5. Preparation of materials and implementation of coordination, guidance guidance, control and technical arrangements for natural resources and environmental subbles.
6. Preparation of materials and implementation of evaluation of reporting on agriculture and fisheries, industry, trade, investment and tourism cooperatives as well as natural resources and the environment.
7. The implementation of other functions given by the Head of Bappeda relating to his duties.

The basic task:

Job description :

1. Planning the activities of the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub -Division based on the field of operational plans as a guideline for carrying out tasks.
2. Divide tasks to subordinates in accordance with the duties and responsibilities of each for the smooth implementation of the tasks of the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub-Division.
3. Guiding the implementation of subordinate tasks in the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub -Division in accordance with the duties and responsibilities given so that the work runs in an orderly and smooth manner.
4. Checking the work of subordinates in the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub -Division in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations to avoid errors.
5. Develop the concept of planning the draft draft RPJP, RPJMD and RKPD Agricultural Affairs Affairs in accordance with the applicable regulations to be used as input by the leadership.
6. 7. Compile the concept of a plan to carry out an agreement with the DPRD related to the APBD of Agriculture based on applicable regulations so that the budgeting process runs smoothly.
8. Develop a planned control/monitoring of the implementation of regional development planning in the field of agriculture in accordance with the regulations and regulations that apply to be used as material for accountability.
9. Evaluating the implementation of activities in the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub -Division by identifying existing obstacles in the context of future performance improvement.
10. Reporting the implementation of performance within the Agriculture & Fisheries Sub -Division in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations as performance accountability and future activities plans.
11. Carry out other official duties given by the leadership both oral and written.
