Overview of Position :

Leading and carrying out the implementation of government affairs and services of the Regional Apparatus Organization which is the authority of the East Kalimantan Provincial Development Planning Agency related to the implementation of the tasks of the Regional Development Planning Sector which is the authority in accordance with the applicable regulations and regulations so that the implementation of tasks runs smoothly, effectively and efficiently.

Job description :

  • Formulating work programs within the Regional Development Planning Agency of East Kalimantan Province based on the Bappeda Strategic Plan of East Kalimantan Province as a guideline for carrying out tasks.
  • Coordinate the implementation of tasks within the Regional Development Planning Agency of East Kalimantan Province in accordance with the programs that have been set and in accordance with the leadership policy so that the work targets are achieved according to plan.
  • Fostering subordinates in the Regional Development Planning Agency of East Kalimantan Province by holding meetings/ meetings and guidance regularly in order to obtain the expected performance.
  • Directing the implementation of subordinate tasks within the Regional Planning and Development Agency in accordance with the tasks, responsibilities, problems and obstacles as well as the provisions that apply to the accuracy and smoothness of the implementation of tasks.
  • Formulate the technical policies in the field of regional planning and development in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations in the context of achieving comprehensive, directed and integrated regional planning.
  • Carry out program coordination and activities with the entire OPD of the City Regency and related institutions/ agencies in the implementation of planning activities based on the applicable regulations and regulations to improve the harmony of sectoral development and regional development.
  • Controlling the implementation of annual work programs based on program plans and activities for the current year to ensure the implementation of programs and activities of the agency runs smoothly.
  • Evaluating the implementation of subordinate tasks within the Regional Planning and Development Agency by comparing plans with activities that have been carried out as material for reporting activities and future plans.
  • Prepare a report on the implementation of tasks within the Regional Planning and Development Agency in accordance with the activities that have been carried out as accountability of corporate performance.

    • Function :

    1. Formulation of technical policies for regional development planning in accordance with the strategic plans set by the regional government.
    2. Planning, Development and Control of Technical Policies in the Field of Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development, Government and Human Development, Economy and Natural Resources as well as infrastructure and region.
    3. Implementation of Technical Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation.
    4. Implementation of government technical policies and human development.
    5. Implementation of technical economic policies and natural resources.
    6. Implementation of infrastructure and regional technical policies
    7. Implementation of evaluation and reporting in the field of planning, controlling and evaluating regional development, government and human development, economy and natural resources as well as infrastructure and region.
    8. Implementation of corporate administration in accordance with the scope of their duties; And
    9. The implementation of other functions is given by the Governor relating to his duties.
