TKPK coordinated with the community

Samarinda, 20/9/12. Poverty Decreases to one of the government programs of the provincial government of East Kalimantan received serious attention in Poverty reduction involving poverty Kaltim.

One of the people to accelerate the community poverty bearer program, then the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda held a Working Meeting of the Poverty Reduction Coordination Team (TKPK) of East Kalimantan Province in the Basic Floor Floor Meeting Room of the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda Office Jl. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda which was opened by the Secretary of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Sc and accompanied by the Head of the People's Welfare Sub -Sector, Human Resources Development, Charmarijaty, ST and attended by participants of approximately fifty people consisting of related SKPDs in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and related SKPD in the Regency/City Government in East Kalimantan.

Secretary of Bappeda Kaltim, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Si in the delivery of remarks and at the same time opened a Working Meeting with the Poverty Reduction Coordination Team (TKPK) said "Coordinating with the people of Kalimantan is very important in an effort to accelerate the management of poverty or the community that is very vulnerable to poverty".

This is in line with the East Kalimantan Provincial Government program to continue to come on in handling poverty reduction programs that are right on target to the community who really need and poverty management programs in line with the District/City Government programs throughout East Kalimantan and according to the needs of the local community.

"There are three main pillars in poverty reduction in accordance with the mp3ki program (Master Plan for Acceleration and Expansion Individuals and groups, secondly, are increasing the capabilities of the livelihoods of the poor in order to access the benefits of economic growth without disrupting environmental sustainability, and the third point is to guarantee the fulfillment of basic needs fairly, equitably, and quality for the poor and groups that are established to poverty ". Regional Rakertek Results

Implementation of the East Kalimantan Provincial TKPK Work Meeting in accordance with the results of the regional rakertek that rescued, among others:

1. Provinces and regencies/cities in order to allocate special budgets in the APBD to support the operationalization of the function of the TKPKD institution;

2. Increasing the capacity of the TKPKD technical team in planning the budgeting of the poverty reduction program and monitoring its implementation;

3. Strengthening data and information management systems to strengthen the basis of poverty reduction program planning in the region and setting the target;

4. Increasing cooperation with other stakeholders, especially the private sector, to consolidate programs and mobilize funds for the purpose of regional poverty reduction;

5. Increasing the role and function of the TKPKD in control includes the first control of the monitoring and evaluation of program groups by the SKPD; Second, the preparation of reports on the results of monitoring and evaluating periodically; and the third control of handling public complaints.

Secretary of the East Kalimantan Bappeda advised in the context of accelerating the completion of the Regional Poverty Reduction Report (LP2KD), it is expected that the SKPD in the Provincial and Regency/City Government Environment and related institutions to immediately monitor and evaluate the implementation of the program related to the poverty reduction program to the participants' participants.

the results of monitoring and evaluation from the relevant SKPD within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and the Regency/City Government in East Kalimantan can be submitted to the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda no later than September 26, 2012.
