Rusmadi, MS while leading a staff meeting discussed the implementation and management of TEPPA (Budget Absorption Evaluation and Monitoring Team) for the 2013 East Kalimantan Provincial Government in the Propeda meeting room on the second floor of the East Kalimantan Bappeda, Jl. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda was attended by all echelon IV, III officials and related staff within the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province.

The East Kalimantan Provincial Secretary said that the discussion meeting on TEPPA aimed to evaluate activity programs, especially priority programs in each Regional Work Unit (SKPD) within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government, where programs and activities according to the targets expected by planning were colored blue; activity programs slightly below the target are marked in green; Activity programs that are below the target are marked yellow and activity programs that are below the target are marked red.

TEPPA is an instrument in order to ensure that the programs and activities of all SKPD within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government run well in accordance with the targets that have been determined, if there are obstacles as early as possible these obstacles can be resolved jointly with the relevant SKPD so that the programs and activities in question can run well.

TEPPA's activities, apart from providing information in conveying progress, both physical and financial realization (2013 East Kalimantan APBD) to the public through electronic mass media publications, are also in the context of increasing public spending, said Plt.
