SIPPD as a development controller

The Importance of Regional Development Planning Information System Applications (SIPPD) for the SKPD of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government Scope and Regency/City Government to help accelerate the process of development planning and government development and as a controller of the development of East Kalimantan Province and Regency/City Government

Implementation of the Technical Guidance for the Regional Development Planning System (SIPPD) in 2014 began at 9.00 WITA in the Ball Room Meeting Room of the Jatra Hotel Balikpapan was opened by Plh. Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Sc and at the same time the Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda.

In the delivery of remarks, Plh Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province stated that the importance of this SIPPD application to help accelerate the planning and budgeting process of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and the Regency/City Government

This SIPPD application is also a control of development planning so that there is no overlap at each SKPD both at the East Kalimantan Provincial Government level and the Regency/City Government.

Before visiting H. Nazrin's remarks conveyed advice to the participants present to be able to follow to the end in order to understand all the development planning and development processes according to the SIPPD application.

The subsequent presentation was delivered by the Head of the Program Planning Subdivision, East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, H. Buyung Dodi Gunawan, ST., MM by conveying technically about the SIPPD application and assisted by Baskoro as an expert from the SIPPD application.

Surono that each of the SKPD of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government is expected to re-check the SKPD Strategic Plan because there are still many empty columns, both programs that have not been filled out or their funding, so that if this happens then automatically in the SIPPD application it will also be cososng which means that the activity will not have a budget.

While the submission of suggestions from the Head of the Development Financing Subdivision, Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Andi Arifuddin, S.Pi is expected to each SKPD fill all priority program financing in the SKPD Renstra respective Sippd

SIPPD Module Musrenbang RKPD Province SIPPD RKPD Musrenbang Module is a system used to facilitate the implementation of the RKPD Musrenbang in the Province. The final result of this system is the Provincial RKPD Document and the Provincial SKPD Renja;
SIPPD KUA/PPAS Provincial PPAS
SIPPD KUA/PPAS Provincial PPAS is an information system used to support the implementation of the KUA/PPAS preparation in the Province. In general, the application of the SIPPD KUA/PPAS Provincial Module is a module made after the SIPPD of the Provincial RKPD Musrenbang Module. This is because it is related to the data that is integrated so that synchronization and consistency from the planning process to budgeting can be maintained.
SIPPD RKA/DPA Provincial Module
SIPPD RKA/DPA Provincial DPA is a system used to assist the preparation of RKA/DPA by each RKPD. The final result of this system is none other than the RKA /DPA document in accordance with the applicable laws and regulation formats. SIPPD of the Provincial Monetoring Module SIPPD Provincial Monotoring Module is a system used to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the activity program that has been adjusted to the planning process so that the consistency of data from planning, budgeting, until the implementation can be maintained well. Some of the benefits that can be obtained with this portal model are:
1. The coordination process can be carried out better (there is a coordination /communication forum for all parties involved).
2. Data control can be done better because it is centralized. 3. Data synchronization can be done quickly, because the existing data is online.
4. Data processing can be done faster because the existing data is online.
5. Can work faster, because it can be done simultaneously (multi-user).
6. Can do data processing more freely (24 hours a day for a week, and can be done anywhere as long as there is an internet connection).

1. The material in the portal is not only a substance for regional development planning, namely synchronization and harmonization of development programs and activities, but there is also material that is coordinating and communication between existing stakeholders. 2. The material supported, not only limited to program tables and activities, but also supports narrative and graphics data. With the completeness of the material, the process of preparing planning documents becomes easier because there are directions that are policy.

This SIPPD application is a means that is expected to make it easier for users to use the SIPPD application. Regarding the procedures for using the SIPPD application of the RKPD Musrenbang Module implemented by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan.

Through this technical guidance it is described and given an explanation of each feature in the SIPPD application of the RKPD Musrenbang Module of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan.
