The Importance of the Discipline of East Kalimantan Provincial Government Employees

Samarinda, 11/3/14. Improvement of performance and discipline of employees is very much needed in increasing the development program of East Kalimantan Province Included in preparing the 2013-2018 Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) to be right on target and timely.

This was revealed by Plt. Regional Secretary of East Kalimantan Province, Dr.Ir.H. Rusmadi.ms accompanied by Plh. Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province in delivering remarks and at the same time opened the Tengtang Progress Meeting Draft of the East Kalimantan Province RPJMD in 2013-2018 and the initial draft of the Regional Government Work Planning (RKPD) of East Kalimantan Province in 2015 in the 2nd Floor Renstra Meeting Room of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Office Number 2 Samarinda. The meeting was attended by participants of approximately 150 people consisting of all officials or staff representing the SKPD Scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan.

Regional Secretary of the Province of East Kalimantan delivered a message to all SKPDs to compile programs and funding for five years and neatly recorded per year in the East Kalimantan Province RPJMD in 2013-2018, the program in the document must be consistent, otherwise the document is useless.

Clarification of the SKPD Scope of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government

1. Mining Office,

New and renewable energy sectors initial conditions 0.02% and 2018 target of 3%, with a capacity of 1000 mega watts;

Proposal from Mr. Dadang Kadi Land Food Prov. East Kalimantan in the energy mix indicator into new and renewable energy, and the Mining Service said that at the national level it uses the energy mix, and based on new energy information of 4 MW;

2. Public Works Service

The Health Office responds to public satisfaction about the satisfaction of infrastructure conditions with an initial condition of 5% based on existing theories, and based on information from the Public Works Department there has been a survey.

3. Environmental Agency

Environmental Quality Index with an initial condition of 68.63% with the final target in 2018 of 70% based on information from the BLH that the calculation is in accordance with existing criteria.

While based on information from Saur Pasaroan, that the calculation of the initial conditions of the environmental quality index is based on water, soil and air conditions;
4. Education Office

Educational sector updates both in terms of literacy numbers and others have been updated and deposited to the East Kalimantan Bappeda through Human Resources Development Midwives, but once there are still difficulties in the Kemisikan Management Program, especially the education sector;

5. Health Office

The Health Office conveys health update data which includes HIV and TB diseases there is a change in data;

6. Social Service.

The Social Service submits update data about social data and undergoes changes from the initial conditions and targets in 2018.

7. SKPD that has not collected data includes 1. East Kalimantan Department, but is so ready to collect; 2. The Mining Service provides information that has not received a format/matrix 8 in Chapter VIII;
