delivering remarks as well as opening the Integrated Management Information System Technical Guidance (Simpadu) Poverty Reduction System in East Kalimantan Province in the Meeting Room of the First Floor of the Bappeda Office of East Kalimantan Province, Jl. Kusuma Bangsa Number 2 Samarinda.
Ir. H. Nazrin, M.Sc was accompanied by the Head of the Sub -Division of People's Welfare, Ir. Surono, M.Sc and Isa Ansari from the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas and assisted by the Simpadu Bappenas application expert attended by SKPD participants related to the scope of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government of approximately fifty people.
In his remarks Plh. The Head of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province said that the poverty alleviation acceleration program was one of the regional development priority programs based on the East Kalimantan Province RPJMD in 2013-2018. Overall, 12 priority programs of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan are aimed at improving the welfare of the people of East Kalimantan, among others: 1. Improving the quality of the education implementation system; 2. Improving the quality of health services; 3. Acceleration of economic transformation; 4. Acceleration of poverty alleviation; 5. Improvement and expansion of employment opportunities; 6. Development of people's economy; 7. Meeting environmentally friendly energy needs; 8. Development of agro -industry; 9. Strengthening food reserves; 10. Improving the quality of basic infrastructure; 11. Bureaucratic Reform and Public Services; 12. Improving the quality of the environment.
While the delivery of speakers from the Ministry of National Development Planning /Bappenas Isa Ansari explained and provided the introduction of the Simpadu application was:
1. This Simpadu application is web-based which displays information on poverty programs at the provincial level, both the National Program (PNPM) and the poverty program in each region;
2. The Simpadu application contains information displayed in the analysis format (graphics, thematic and table) using the concept of pre -defined, free defined, user defined; 3. Likewise, this application is integrated with PNPM program data from SIMPADU PNPM Mandiri and regional poverty reduction programs (data consolidation).
Integrated Management Information System Application In order to increase the cooperation of the central government and regional governments in the management of poverty reduction, especially in the aspect of planning and monitoring the implementation of activities, the Ministry of Research and Development/Bappenas intends to build the Simpadu application at the provincial level with the poverty reduction database .
Provincial Simpadu Besides containing data about PNPM Mandiri will also be equipped with data related to regional profile data (Poldes), poverty data (PPLS data) and other data both sourced from BPS and local governments.
The existence of provincial simpadu intends that the government can find out in detail all poverty reduction program activities carried out in the regions. (Public Relations Bappeda Kaltim/Sukandar, S. Sos).
