Regional Potential Development
Samarinda, Friday 21/8/15. Kaltim Expo 2015 is an excellent opportunity to develop regional potential and the economy the people of East Kalimantan.
This was conveyed by Government Assistant Drs. Aji Sayid Faturrahman, M.Si representing the Governor of East Kalimantan at the opening of the 2015 Kaltim Expo in commemoration of the 70th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia in the parking lot of the GOR Sempaja Samarinda stadium, Jalan K.H Wahid Hasim, attended by 280 participants consisting of SKPD booths. 185 including Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province; 197 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Automotive booths as well as carnelian booths.
The Kaltim Expo 2015 performance by the East Kalimantan Provincial Government took place from 21-25 August 2015 under the implementing coordinator of the Regional Work Unit of the Regional Licensing and Investment Agency (BPPMD) of East Kalimantan Province and at the same time Head of BPPMD for East Kalimantan Province, Didi Rusdiansyah, delivered a report on the 2015 Kaltim Expo.
In delivering the report, the 2015 Kaltim Expo will be more meaningful and beneficial to the community because it is more religious by presenting Tauziah with the theme "Kaltim is Grateful" by the very famous Ustad Maulana at one of the events private television media with the theme "Islam is Beautiful" which is broadcast every morning.
The opening of the 2015 Kaltim Expo was enlivened with various events including the performance of the Darul Ihsan Samarinda marching band, Jepen Dance and Kemilau Budaya Dance, Fashion Show, Dance Competition, Color Run, Blues Day, Indie Sound, appearance by Jon Tralala and National Guitarist as well as the inauguration of the formation of the East Kalimantan Export and Producer Association management for the 2015-2020 period.
The implementation of the exhibition or Kaltim Expo is an annual agenda which is a strategic activity as a means of promoting regions, private companies and small and medium enterprises (UKM). Apart from that, SKPD within the East Kalimantan Provincial Government can also display various work programs that have been implemented.
Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, which took part in the 2015 Kaltim Expo, presented various information on Regional Development Planning for East Kalimantan Province from the past, present and future.
Meanwhile, SPKD BPPMD of East Kalimantan Province, as the organizer of the 2015 Kaltim Expo, presented various activities including production and packaging training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Joint Enterprises from the City of Samarinda. p>
