Wednesday, July 14 2021 BP Tapera is the Public Housing Savings Management Agency.
Legal Basis for Tapera: 1945 Constitution Article 28 H (Paragraph 1), Law no. 1/2001 regarding Housing & Residential Areas, Law No. 4/2016 concerning Public Housing Savings, and PP No. 25/2020 concerning the Implementation of Tapera.
Based on Law No. 4 of 2016 concerning Public Housing Savings, every worker and independent worker who earns at least the minimum wage is required to become a Tapera participant.
Based on Government Regulation no. 25 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Public Housing Savings.
The amount of participant savings is 3% of salary or wages, with a composition of 2.5% paid by the employee and 0.5% paid by the employer.
