Bappeda Kaltim Holds Planning Functional Position Policy Socialization
The East Kalimantan Bappeda Personnel Section carries out the socialization and guidance agenda related to the Planning Functional Position Policy.
This event was held based on the Minister of PAN Regulation RB Number 1 of 2023 concerning Functional Position, as well as the Head Letter of the Head of BKN Number 11 aims to provide in-depth understanding to all Functional Planning Officials (JF Planning) in the Regional Apparatus of the Province of East Kalimantan regarding filling and assessment of the E-Kinerja application. With this understanding, it is hoped that every JF planner will be able to prepare a good performance report and prepare for the increase in career paths in the future. Professionalism and quality of JF Planner's performance in supporting the task of regional development planning.
In this meeting, East Kalimantan Bappeda presented speakers from the Kepindiklatren, the Ministry of PPN/Bappenas, including: Dr. Wignyo Adiyoso, S. Sos., M.A., Ph.D., who discussed the performance appraisal policy of functional planning, Bernadette Christi Paramitha Santosa, S.IP., M.A., who explained the implementation of the implementation of the State Personnel Agency Regulation No. 3 of 2023 concerning Credit, Promotion, and Level of Functional Position, and Rita Miranda, S.Sos., MPA. planner.
With this socialization, Bappeda East Kalimantan hopes that all participants can clearly understand the latest policies and regulations, and be able to apply them in the implementation of daily tasks.
