Regional Personnel Agency of East Kalimantan Province held a Technical Guidance for Updating Independent Data (PDM) of the State Civil Apparatus in 2021 Virtual through Zoom Meeting on Friday, August 13, 2021 and Live on the BKD Prov. East Kalimantan. The event was attended by all OPD Provincial Government. East Kalimantan handling the field of staffing.
This activity is in order to support the acceleration of the implementation of an integrated ASN information system and in order to realize an ASN data in accordance with Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning ASN Management, then in accordance with Presidential Regulation (Perpres ) Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic -Based Governance System (SPBE) and Perpres Number 39 of 2019 concerning One Indonesian Data, in the context of ASN management, namely targeting ASN data and finally related to the Decree of the Head of BKN Number 87 of 2021 concerning Updating Mandiri Civil Apparatus Data State and High Non -Civil Apparatus State Electronics in 2021.
The substance of this Bimtek activity in order to obtain accurate, current and integrated ASN data and support the realization of an ASN data in accordance with the principle of one Indonesian data. From a total of 10,741 ASNs of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan, data as of August 12, 2021 the number of ASNs who have activated mysapk as many as 8,635 ASN or 80.39%, this will continue to go hand in hand with our independent data updating.

The target is that the entire staffing management services can be completed without requiring periodic physical files because the data has been stored digitally.
