Facilitation of Draft Regional Regulation RKPD for East Kutai, Berau and Paser Regency in 2023

Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province through the Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation Sector (P2EPD) again carried out the advanced agenda of the Facilitation of the Regional Government Work Plan Document (RKPD) in 2023 for East Kutai, Berau and Paser Regencies held at the Four Point Balikpapan Hotel. < /P>

This facilitation activity was led by the Head of P2EPD Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province, Mrs. Rina Juliaty, S.Si, M.Si representing the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and was also attended by all structural officials and functional in the Bappeda environment of East Kalimantan Province through online and direct.

This facilitation activity is carried out in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development that mandates mandating The Regency/City Government is necessary to consult the final draft of the RKPD that has been prepared to the Provincial Government in order to obtain advice, input and recommendations for improvement before it is determined through a region.

On this occasion a facilitation of the final draft of the 2023 RKPD for 3 (three) regions, namely East Kutai, Berau and Paser Regencies, which subsequently produced the minutes of the results of the implementation and the Governor's letter related to facilitation RKPD Ranperkada in 2023 and then becomes the basis in the improvement of the final draft of the RKPD of each region before it is determined through a region with a target time to determine 1 (one) week after the Provincial RKPD is determined.
