Help Desk Filling in Performance & Completeness of Performance Monitor in East Kalimantan E-Sakip Quarter II & Evaluation Semester I 2024
Samarinda (11/07/2024) - Head of Subdivision (Kasubbag) Bappeda Program Planning of East Kalimantan Province, Stella Felicia Sinaga led the implementation of the Help Desk Performance Filling & Completeness Performance Monitor on E-Sakip Kaltim Quarter II and Evaluation of Semeseter I 2024 for ASN in the East Kalimantan Bappeda environment, Thursday (11/7).
In his remarks starting the activities, the objectives of the activity carried out.
"The purpose of the activity today is to fill in e-Sakip through the SIAKIP application of the East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat Bureau for the second quarter of 2024" said Head of Subdivision of the East Kalimantan Bappeda Program Planning.
Further said that the results of monitoring and evaluation of the first quarter of 2024 by the organization bureau stated that the East Kalimantan Bappeda was free from the red zone, which means that the entire column in the e-Sakip application at the East Kalimantan Bappeda ASN has been completely filled. Therefore, the East Kalimantan Bappeda Program Planning Subdivision initiated the Help Desk Filling in E-Sakip Quarter II so that the e-Takip filling process can be done with the focus and obstacles encountered can be immediately assisted by the Program Planning Sub-Section Team.
There are several completeness that must be prepared and informed beforehand, including performance information according to the duties of each ASN to Quarter II of 2024 which includes realization, action plan, driving factors, inhibiting factors, efforts, and Data Supports Evidence of Performance.
The activities carried out in Long April Samarinda were attended by representatives of each field and secretariat in the East Kalimantan Bappeda environment.
