Office Cleanliness Top Priority
Samarinda, Monday 4/1/2016. The issue of office cleanliness is a top priority, especially the cleanliness of office toilets where Bappeda 
East Kalimantan Province which has large meetings held at the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda office so that the issue of cleanliness can be a concern which in this case has been entrusted to CV. Sinar Surya as the winner of the tender for Office Cleanliness Maintenance.
This was expressed by Plh. Head of Bappeda East Kalimantan Province, Ir. Ujang Rahmad, M.Si and Head of Economics while leading the signing meeting for the office cleanliness maintenance contract with CV. Sinar Surya in the Repetada meeting room, 2nd Floor, East Kalimantan Province Bappeda office, Jl Kusuma Bangsa No 2 Samarinda.
The meeting participants were attended by the Head of Regional Development Assessment and Financing of the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Ir. Hj. Faridah Hydro Foilyani, M.Si; Pls. Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and Head of the Finance Sub Division, Mohammad Iqbal, ST; Head of Program Preparation Sub-Division, H. Buyung Dodi Gunawan, ST., M.Si; Head of the Regional Development Assessment & Financing Sub-Sector, Hj. Tri Ida Kartini, SP, M.Si; Head of Statistics and Data Collection Sub-Sector, Statistics & Development Control, Rini Juliaty, S.Si., M.Si; Head of the Education, Mental and Spiritual Sub-Sector for Human Resources Development; Head of Regional Infrastructure Sub-Sector for Regional Infrastructure & Development; East Kalimantan Bappeda Auction Team, Alfino Rinaldi Arief, ST and staff for Infrastructure & Regional Development; Sukandar, S.Sos Secretariat staff and Hendro Prowodadi.
Most of the meeting participants wanted improvements in the cleanliness management of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda office so that the cleanliness management would be better than in the previous year, also the participants hoped to evaluate the implementation of office cleanliness management every month.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the meeting advised CV. Sinar Surya to be able to recruit honest and trustworthy workers considering that each worker has access to enter their respective premises at the East Kalimantan Bappeda office.
