Coordination of strengthening the role of the field in the management of public information archives and services
Balikpapan, (06/25/20) - The Secretariat of the General Subdivision held a coordination meeting with each field to discuss the strengthening of the management of archives and management of information and documentation in the Bappeda environment of East Kalimantan Province.

This adjustment aims to create a uniformity of format and improve the quality of archival administration in the Bappeda environment. Optimizing public information services, emphasized the strategic role of each field in supporting public information disclosure.
This includes the coverage of Bappeda activities, dissemination of the Barcode Survey Survey Community Satisfaction (SKM) to OPD invited guests, as well as the encouragement of innovation through the development of the Bappeda Bappeda Bulletin Rubric. In addition, all fields are also advised to submit print works to the East Kalimantan Bappeda Library.
In his direction, Ahmad Risa expressed his hope that the results of this meeting become the basis of a joint commitment to support the improvement of archival performance and public information disclosure.
