PPU Regency DPRD Kunker

Samarinda - East Kalimantan Bappeda. The North Penajam Paser Regency Regional People's Representative Council (PPU) paid a working visit to Bappeda 0a._kunker_DPRD_PPU_R._Propeda_21_okt_15East Kalimantan Province in the context of coordinating the financial assistance of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government specifically in PPU Regency. The PPU Regency DPRD commission III working visit was immediately received by Plh. Head of Bappeda East Kalimantan Province, Ir. H. Nazrin, M.Si accompanied by the Head of the Regional Development Assessment and Financing Division of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Ir. Hj. Farida Hydro Foilyani, M.Si and Head of Regional Development Sub-Sector, Denny Wardhana, ST., MM; Head of Government and Apparatus Subdivision, Andrie Asdi, SH; Head of Natural Resources & Environment Subdivision, Ir. Budhi Apresena in Economics; Head of Regional Development Financing Subdivision, P3D Division of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Andi Arifuddin, S.Pi., M.Si and Buyung Dodi Gunawan, ST., MM as well as staff from the East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda and PPU Regency DPRD Secretariat in the Propeda meeting room on the 2nd floor of East Kalimantan Bappeda, Wednesday 21/10/15.

The PPU Regency DPRD delegation led by H. Rusbadi with 3 members from Commission III conveyed their aspirations to the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, including:
1. Effective coordination with Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province in order to increase financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to support development programs in North Penajam Paser Regency;
2. What indicators can support the development program in PPU Regency which can be funded through financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government;
3. What needs to be done and coordination between East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and Regency Bappeda PPU and related SKPD;
4. Support from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government in the context of developing or improving infrastructure in PPU Regency;
5. Support for Upper Secondary Education Infrastructure in PPU Regency;
6. Follow-up to the proposed construction of the Penajam Bridge in Balikpapan.

Plh. Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda and Secretary of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Ir.H. Nazrin, M.Si together with officials from the Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province conveyed several responses to the aspirations of the PPU Regency DPRD, including:
1. The East Kalimantan Provincial Government's budget (APBD) in recent years has continued to decline as a result of the weakening regional economy. This also has an impact on reducing financial assistance to all regencies/cities throughout East Kalimantan;
2. East Kalimantan Provincial Government Financial Assistance for North Penajam Paser Regency in the 2015 fiscal year with a pure APBD of IDR. 91 billion and for the 2015 Revised APBD as much as Rp. 21 Billion. Total Provincial Government Bankeu. East Kalimantan in 2015 amounted to 112 billion.
3. Funding for programs/activities through financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government to the North Penajam Paser Regency Government in 2015 with a pure APBD of Rp. 91,083,000,000 (Ninety-one billion eighty-three million rupiah);
4. Programs/activities through financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for North Penajam Paser Regency through the Pure APBD include:
a. Continued Land Side Port Development amounting to Rp. 50,000,000,000;2.__kunker_DPRD_PPU_R._Propeda_21_okt_15
b. Procurement of Furniture for Middle/Senior High School Meeting Rooms in Kab. PPU of Rp. 2,350,000,000;
c. Procurement of Furniture & Classroom Furniture for Elementary and Middle School Teachers in the District. PPU of Rp. 2,350,000,000;
d. Improvement of Jalan Sotek Bukit Subur Penajam Paser Utara amounting to IDR. 10,000,000,000;
e. Improvement of Simpang 4 Costa Road Sesumpu Bridge Kampung Baru amounting to Rp. 10,000,000,000;
f. Agricultural Land Certification amounting to Rp. 500,000,000;
g. Field Agricultural Extension (PPL) Rp. 1,158,000,000;
h. BOSDA amounting to Rp. 7,396,000,000;
i. Additional Teacher Income of Rp. 5,904,000,000;
j. PAUD tutor Rp. 1,425,000,000.

5. Programs/activities through financial assistance from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government for North Penajam Paser Regency through the Revised APBD amounting to Rp. 21,824,541,150 with details of program/activity financing including:
a. Improvement of Jalan Rintik Gunung Makmur by IDR. 1,000,000,000;
b. Procurement of Hand Tractors amounting to Rp. 500,000,000;
c. Procurement of Jumaiah Road Sungai Parit Sesumpu Bridge for IDR. 3,000,000,000;
d. Procurement of Electrical Networks and Transformers. 200 Kva (PDAM Sepaku Unit) amounting to Rp. 1,400,000,000;
e. Procurement of Electrical Networks and Transformers. 200 Kva (PDAM Waru Unit) amounting to Rp. 3,000,000,000;
f. Procurement of Electrical Networks and Transformers. 96 Kva (Sotek PDAM Unit) amounting to IDR 909,141,150
g. Procurement of Inverters and Booster Pumps (PDAM Unit Penajam, Waru, Sepaku) amounting to IDR 5,400,000,000;
h. Bosda amounting to Rp. 373,000,000;
i. Additional Teacher Income of Rp. 6,242,400,000.

Meanwhile, indications of programs/activities that will be financed through the East Kalimantan Provincial Government's financial assistance funding for North Penajam Paser Regency in 2016 include:
1. Continued Landside Development (MYC) Ports, Terminals, Subbases and CPO;
2. Construction of the Coastal Road, Sesumpu Bridge, Corong Beach;
3. Improvement of the Ar-Rahman Mosque Road - Kapau - Buluminung Access to Balang Island;
4. Procurement of Mabelair and Interior for the Islamic Center Multi-Purpose Room;
5. Expansion of Areas and Plantations;
6. Construction of Food Barns;
7. Development of Village Food Storage Facilities (Jemur Floor)
8. Construction of seaweed drying floors;
9. Development of local varieties of rice plants;
10. Development of National Superior Seed Breeders;
11. Food Agriculture Extension Officer;
12. Construction of Centralized PLTS in Kec. Football;
13. Development of Facilities and Infrastructure for Tourist Attractions;
14. Construction of a 24 Hour Health Center and Inpatient Hospital in Gunung Intan;
15. Land Certification Activities.

Follow-up coordination between the PPU Regency Government will continue to be intensified both through the DPRD and SKPD of PPU Regency to the East Kalimantan Provincial Government in order to improve better development programs in the future.
