Balikpapan, January 16, 2025-Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province held an important meeting to discuss the problem plan and strategic issues in the preparation of the Bappeda Strategic Plan (Renstra) 2025-2029. The meeting held at Four Points Hotel, Balikpapan aims to identify various problems that occur in the Bappeda internal, and formulate priority steps that need to be taken in regional development planning.
Head of Bappeda Yusliando, opening by explaining that this meeting was the first step in the preparation of the 2025-2029 Strategic Plan. The first step taken is data collection from various sources, both internal and external, in order to identify problems that occur. "The purpose of this meeting is to discuss related to identifying problems that occurred in the Bappeda Prov. East Kalimantan," said the Head of Bappeda.

Starting from PPEPD, PSDA and PPM revealed that there are problems related to the verification of the quality of regional apparatuses that are not yet optimal, personnel productivity that affects the morale, the absence of data and documents that support performance, as well as the lack of development innovation in accordance with the needs of the region, disruption to the internet network and The need for planning Bimtek is also an issue that needs to be treated immediately, as well as the latest work equipment is also needed to support the smooth running of the task.
Head of Subdivision of the Program, Stella Sinaga said that to formulate problems in Bappeda, carried out through surveys and document reviews. The survey will identify prioritized problems based on the level of urgency, with reference to various evaluation results and planning documents.
